Ticket Purchases
When member discounts apply and the member is logged in, discounted pricing will
be available for online purchases as venue/transportation capacity allows.
No tickets are issued. Reservations are held at the door.
Gift Shop Merchandise
We will display photos and specifications that accurately depict the merchandise
for sale. Items for sale online may also be purchased in our Gift Shop in the Lukens
Executive Office Building.

Shipping Policy
In-stock items will ship within
48 hours of placing an order, with the exception of holidays and weekends. We offer
our USA customers shipping by the U.S. Postal Service at these rates:

All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged
upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order.
You may return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days
of receiving the returned item at our Gift Shop.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% resale condition
and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. To identify the party who gets
the refund or exchange, a copy of the packing slip/Return Authorization must accompany
all returns.
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for
your order and any applicable shipping charges. Otherwise, we will refund the merchandise
price and you are responsible for the original and the return shipping charges.
