The grounds of the Lukens National Historic District made a lovely spring backdrop with trees in bloom and vibrant grape hyacinths.
Tea, coffee, tea sandwiches, scones , special children's menu and pasteries were served on traditional tea china.
A min-exhibition of Victorian clothing from our collections were on display. Dr. Karin Bohleke, Director Fashion Archives and Museum at Shippensburg University, presented a talk on Victorian Era fashions.
