On this trip we will have guided tours of the Hagley Museum, with access to the duPont
company black powder yards, the duPont family home and gardens, demonstrations in
the machine shop and a black powder explosion. We will also visit Chester County's
own Primitive Hall, the Pennock ancestral home built in 1738. These places will be
decorated for the holidays, including an exhibit on the history of Christmas trees
in America.
